For Check History AADHAAR Usage please follow these steps.

1. Go to official website to check Aadhaar history. (Link Given Below)
 
     https://uidai.gov.in/

2. Go to home Section
3. Then go to Aadhaar Authentication History under AADHAR Services.

4. Enter 12 Digit Aadhaar No. & Security code on your screen.
5. Then click on Get OTP.
6. Then select Aadhaar Authentication Type *All*.

7. Select date range (since you want to check history)

8. Select *50* On number of records column.

9. Then Enter OTP that your mobile no. have you come.

10. Then submit your request & Check you usage of AADHAR.
